Huge shoutout to Benjamin and Marcos at Specialized Santa Monica. Benjamin was fantastic throughout the sales process and helped me find the perfect bike without making the experience feel intimidating or overwhelming. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me in the right direction. Marcos was incredible during delivery and setup. He got me properly fitted, helped me get my cleats dialed in, and set up all of my Garmin gear seamlessly. His attention to detail and patience made a huge difference. Overall, both of them made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel easy, exciting, and smooth from start to finish. Truly top-tier customer service and expertise. Highly recommend this shop and this team.

We rented two high-performance E bikes. Service was great-- pick up and drop off was super easy. And we had a blast. These are serious bikes and it was such a pleasure to be able to try them out before deciding whether we're actually gonna spend the money to buy some. Thank you so much specialized.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Walking into Specialized Santa Monica felt less like entering a bike shop and more like entering a sanctuary for cyclists. From the second I rolled my bike in, Marcos and the entire crew treated both me and my bike like we were preparing for the Tour de France. Huge shoutout to Marcos for running an absolutely incredible shop and building a team that genuinely cares about every rider who walks through the door. Harold, Francisco, Justin, Alan, and Nic were all beyond helpful, knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about cycling in a way that instantly makes you feel at home. The energy in this place is unreal. And then there’s Brian — the bike fitter extraordinaire. The level of detail, precision, and care he put into my bike fit was next level. He didn’t just adjust my position… he transformed the entire riding experience. Every change had a purpose, every explanation made sense, and by the end it felt like I was riding a completely different machine. Comfortable, fast, dialed, and confidence-inspiring all at once. On top of that, the team made my bike look absolutely incredible. It somehow came back looking faster just sitting still. You can tell these guys live

We’ve had such a great experience with Specialized Santa Monica over the years. Between my boyfriend and me, we’ve purchased five bikes there (which probably says it all), and we keep coming back for service because we genuinely trust the team. They’ve always taken great care of us — super helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Brian did both of our bike fits and absolutely nailed it. Huge shoutout to Alan, Marcos, Harold, and the other Marcos for consistently going above and beyond.

Very friendly Staff- easy quick process for renting and picking up the bike- new Tarmac was great and so much better than the used road bikes I’ve rented around the beach/Santa Monica in the past. Wide variety rentals- including high quality e-bikes…
